Hayes Commercial Property Management or HayesCPM as you may also see it was established in 2015 to provide Commercial Property Management Services to a broad spectrum of clients, from recognised funds and listed companies to local private individuals.
With 20 years of commercial property management experience, 15 of which based in Cornwall although covering the whole of the South West, we are best placed to manage all aspects of commercial property from large industrial estates to multi let offices to single let retail units.
The property management services we provide are tailored specifically to the client’s requirements. We also provide cost effective one off or periodic comprehensive property management reports for clients that are perhaps located out of county or for clients who prefer to manage their own investment but require some occasional guidance / pointers and advice on their assets and up to date legislation.

We specialise in Commercial Property Management, which includes all of the property management services associated with that. We know our limitations though and there are certain aspects of Surveying we don’t cover such as Valuations, Ratings and Agency. We are a “one stop shop” though and one of the uniqueness’s of HayesCPM is when you require one of these occasional services, we will ensure that you have the best company in the most appropriate location dealing with the task. With our network of trusted associates we will oversee and manage the task and ensure that the service and results are as good as ours.
