Where we can we always use contractors that are local to the property, this ensures a prompt service for our occupiers and maintains costs efficiencies. By using local contractors, we ensure we are supporting businesses in the properties location and their local knowledge proves invaluable in certain circumstances. Our Approved Contractors represent us and the clients. They also reflect on the occupiers and how they want their business to be portrayed. We value our contractors and the service they provide and to reflect this we try to ensure all approved invoices are settled within 24 hours.
Contractor performance assessments assist with determining value for money and performance and we routinely conduct an analysis of the various instructions undertaken and costs to ensure we meet with those expectations.
Many of our approved contractors operate on a 24 hour basis. We ensure that an up to date list is available to all property Managers showing availability and in what sector for example Electrical, plumbing, maintenance and Security. This ensures that in the event of an out of hours incident, we can act promptly with the appropriate contractor to remedy the issue.
