Client & Occupier Reporting
Our quarterly property reports following each site visit provide the client with a comprehensive update on their investment.
After each formal inspection, the client is provided with a detailed report to update them on all aspects of the Property. It will analyse the tenant from an occupational basis and make comments on the occupiers’ adherence to lease terms. It will advise on any debt issues, required maintenance or planned works and comment on any strategic adjustments having regard at all times to the client’s ultimate objectives.
The Client report also provides a timeline in order for us to monitor our progress and ensure we are either on track or ahead of our mutual objectives.
Where a service charge is applicable we will report to the occupiers at the year end with a summary of the years’ activities, including expenditure and analysis of the costs involved. We will provide the reconciliation of accounts and ensure a detailed understanding of the information provided.
